Australia (in AUD)

Free standard shipping on Australian orders above $300.

New Zealand (in NZD)

Free standard shipping on New Zealand orders above NZ$500.

NZ Customs do not collect any duty, fees or GST upon arrival in New Zealand unless the value of your shipment is over NZ$1,000. These charges are payable upon arrival to the local government by the customer and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.

United Sates (in USD)

We reliably ship to the US. All tariffs and customs duties are paid by us so you won't have to pay anything to receive your parcel.

International Shipping All Other Countries

·       All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia via courier to all countries excluding Russia

·       If you do not live in Australia, please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery to your country (US tariffs are paid by us when we ship - New Zealand also doesn't charge for orders under $1000)

·       Duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported.

·       These charges depend on your country’s import legislation and will not be covered by NALUKA.
