Processing Times

Most orders ship the same day they are placed or the day after. There may be exceptions but orders will never be shipped more than 2 days after ordering.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Naluka offers worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

We happily ship to the US and have found shipping to the United States extremely reliable so far.

International Shipping

·       All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia via courier to all countries excluding Russia

·       If you do not live in Australia, please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery to your country (US tariffs are paid by us when we ship - other countries may collect duties upon delivery and we can't pay these for you!)

·       Duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported.

·       These charges depend on your country’s import legislation and will not be covered by NALUKA.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely, NALUKA is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
