RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Naluka, we are happy to accept returns for store credit when received in original condition with all tags attached.
We can only offer returns for items purchased directly through the NALUKA website.
If you are not sure about your size, please use our size guide or contact us for advice. There is also a highlighted story on our instagram page. We are dedicated to helping you find your perfect fit before you buy in an effort to reduce carbon footprint by avoiding multiple shipments.
If you do need to return an item, please follow the below guidelines to do so.
SALE
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE – this includes items purchased with promotional discount codes.
No store credit or discount codes will be provided for sale items.
RETURNS
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, another item or store credit, the request has to be made and items returned within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Please email us to to initiate a return, notifying us of your intention to return or exchange goods. Pls make sure to include:
1. Your full name
2. Invoice number
3. Contact phone number
4. Which items you would like to return
A team member will be in touch to address your claim.
Once your request has been approved, please package your suit securely and send it back to the provided address.
Please note, items you return to us, must be in original condition, meaning:
· New, unused, unwashed, free of deodorant stains, with tags and hygienic liners in place
· Packaged securely and folded neatly
Please also note:
· Original shipping costs are non-refundable
· Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer (except when an incorrect order or wrong size/item was received)
· Please obtain a tracking number and email it to us
PACKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ECOPRENE
· Yamamoto limestone neoprene is a delicate material – pls avoid over folding – try to fold the suit in the same way you received it as the material is subject to creasing
· Make sure all zips on the suit are done up
· Avoid zips touching any neoprene when folding (fold in a way that zips are facing to the outside when folded)
· When sending several suits together, place them so that the sides without zipper face each other
· Avoid hang tags touching the external surface of the wetsuit as these can leave marks and indents on the neoprene when pressed
FAULTY ITEMS
Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault has occurred. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email contact@naluka.com.au to notify us of the damaged goods. Please make sure to include photos of the manufacturing fault.
Please note that damage caused by use or inappropriate handling or as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty and will not be exchanged.
Please make sure to follow our PRODUCT CARE guidelines to ensure proper handling of your suit as well as a long product lifespan.
