While we try to fulfil all orders the same day they have been placed, pls expect orders to sometimes be processed 1-3 days after your order has been placed since we are still a tiny team.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Naluka offers worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

We’re happy to ship to the US despite the ongoing tariff disputes as we don't want any US customers missing out!

International Shipping

·       All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia via courier to all countries excluding Russia

·       If you do not live in Australia, please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery to your country

·       Duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported.

·       These charges depend on your country’s import legislation and will not be covered by NALUKA.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely, NALUKA is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
